Karlye was amazing, it was my first time trying a lash lift and I was a little bit nervous, just the resemblance with the perms that we used to have back in the 80’s gave me some concerns. But she gave me so much confidence, she walked me through the steps with her sweet and caring personality that made the process so easy. My eyelashes look fabulous!

This studio is the best, and I don't mind driving in all the way from Austin to my appointments. Bri is absolutely amazing. She was with me through my entire eyebrow journey. I had some microblading done elsewhere that was fading to a weird color and she did my laser removal. I went to several places before I found Her Velvet Hand (not many tattoo removal shops will do makeup removal!). Once we got that done, I fully trusted her to do powder brow, and she made sure it was absolutely perfect for me. She's also just great to talk to and a genuinely good person. Well worth the investment and time spent! I will be coming back when I am ready for a touch up.

I had the Nano Brow process done and Courtney is a true artist! She is so meticulous and I love the result! She made sure I was comfortable since the appointment takes about three hours. Her Velvet Hand is a gem of a find! I found it by accident really. Courtney the owner treats all of the clients as VIPs, she is kind and shows sincere concern about your issues and goals. She is highly educated in skin care and wants to make sure you get the best she can give. All of her staff is courteous and caring also and the customer service is top notch! I cannot say enough glowing things about Kim! I came in to do a brow lamination and she walked me thru everything step by step. Upon completion they give you a take home kit to help with your results. I am so happy with the finished result. Was throughly impressed with the interiors of the salon as well as the kindness of the staff.

I had wanted to see Courtney for Lip Blush but a global pandemic made it difficult. She provided me with an online video consultation and gave me her transparent opinion, and I was very pleased with her honesty. While talking, I knew she was a brow guru so we discussed some options for me. I went in finally to get my brow lamination and tint and I am SO happy I was finally able to see her stunning work on myself. She has a great eye for detail, perfection, and is very transparent.
